How to Delete Your Skallix CRM Account

Option 1 — Inside the App

1. Sign in to Skallix CRM (mobile app or web).
2. Go to Settings → Users (or Profile).
3. Click "Delete My Account".
4. Confirm the deletion.

Option 2 — By Email (if you can't sign in)

1. Send an email to support@skallix.com.
2. Subject: "Account Deletion Request".
3. Include the email address associated with your account in the message body.
4. Our team verifies your identity and processes the request within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Account info (name, email, phone)
• Profile and preferences
• Personal photos and documents
• Authentication credentials

Data Retained for Legal & Tax Compliance

• Transaction records — 7 years (U.S. tax law)
• Anonymized usage statistics
• Support tickets — 3 years

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
